Learn How We Make a Difference
Meet the visionary force behind the Foundation and his team!
The Morris Youth Foundation is a dedicated advocacy nonprofit focused on creating innovative programs and services for individuals with disabilities. We take pride in collaborating with IDD providers to develop advocacy initiatives that truly prioritize and empower those we serve.
Our development tools focus on two main groups: youth (ages 12 and up) and adults (ages 18 and up). To ensure inclusivity within the community, we offer advocacy training and education from the perspective of individuals with disabilities, fostering understanding and empowerment.
Advocacy Achieves offers an in-depth analysis of Medicaid CES Waiver and how to best advocate from within the PASSE System created by the Arkansas State Legislature and how to improve the system.
Adult Services Advocacy develops sustainability programmatic tools for IDD providers who are interested in client-centered programs which puts the clients in the driver’s seat instead of the providers.
The Recreation Advocacy offers providers and individuals served the ability to implement critical therapeutic development programs and services. This helps the disabled population to develop critical life skills.
